How did you find out you’d got the role and how did you react?
Basically I was asked to go to Dave Heyman’s office. Umm.. that’s the producer
just in case you don’t know. Umm.. with Rupert. Sat down.. Bang.. He said "You’ve
got the part."
What was your reaction?
What was my reaction? Shocked, awe, umm.. too much to take in. You know, it’s
kind of like pinch me. It was just amazing.
Watching the film, it appears that you were genuinely were having fun. What were the difficulties involved?
Umm.. you need to have a lot of patience. It’s not all glamour. Umm.. it’s hard
work actually. There’s lots to do and lots to remember.
[On What She’s Going to Do to Stay Normal]
I’m going to stick with my friends, stick with my family, stick with my home,
and just try to lead umm.. as normal a life I can.
[About reading the books]
Yeah, I was in the middle of the 3rd one when I started even auditioning, so I
was already a Harry Potter fanatic.
[About being on the set]
I was really nervous. Yes… I was very, very nervous. Umm.. ugh.. You wouldn’t
believe the nerves I had.
[About the phone trick]
Robbie Coltraine has a little mobile that he is always leaving about everywhere.
So, Dan, Rupert and I snuck up behind him, took his phone…
[Favorite scene]
I had the troll scene. It was great fun. I had lots of stunts to do. It was just
something really fun.
[About the merchandise]
It’s really, really weird to see myself.. umm.. as an action figure. You know,
in 2 months, toddlers will be chewing my head off, you know.
What’s to come after this?
Absolutely no idea. I’m just going to take it one film at a time.
