Shakira is about 5 feet 1 inche. Emma is a bit shorter than her, so Emma might be about 5 feet.

Sean is about 175 cm or 5 feet 10 inches. Tom stood next to him, so he might be about 170 cm or 5 feet 8 inches. Emma stood next to Tom, so she might be 160 cm or 5 feet 4 inches. But Emma was wearing high-heels, and those take about 2 inches. So Emma might be around 5 feet 2 inches.

Disney Channel Awards (2003)
According to This Morning, Tom is said to be 6 feet 2 inches, or 185cm at the end of February. The Disney Channel Awards was in early December, so I presume that he is 6 feet 1 inch.
It seems that Emma is shorter than Tom by 3 inches, and Emma was wearing small heel shoes, so taking out 1 inch again… Emma might be 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 7 inches tall?
