Love is in the Air
The list of HP love teams is never ending. This only means that love is one of the most crucial elements of the novel. Remember that it is only love that can vanquish the dark lord Voldemort—the greatest sorcerer of all time.
Well, according to Benjamin Disraeli in his classic novel Sybil,
We are all born for love… it is the principle of existence and its only end
Poetic, isn’t it? Now, it is not only humans that can love, but also certain creatures. HP is surrounded from the most adorable to the most fearsome creatures. Eventhough these creatures have 6 pairs of eyes or 3 pairs of arms or 22 pairs of slimy arms….and so on and so forth….no matter what…they know how to love.
In this second part of “Love is in the Air”, I have included several creatures and ghosts and some people that may or may not end up in book 7. Let us see what the power of love has for them.
Harry and Moaning Myrtle – I remembered when I watched the HP IV movie. In the prefects bathroom, Moaning Myrtle saw Harry top less. (How I wish that I am Moaning Myrtle, I can take advantage of the role…he…he…he). Also, she can share her U bend with him . We don’t know, maybe Harry can be the key to control Myrtle’s habit of sneaking in the boy’s bathroom.
Argus Filch and MAdam Irma Pince – They both need to be inspired in a way so that they won’t get to strict anymore. They both worked hard for Hogwarts for a long time.
Draco and Moaning Myrtle – In Book 6, Moaning Myrtla is the only one that understands Draco. Funny isn’t it that a ghost served as a shoulder for him to lean and cry on.
Cornelius Fudge and Dolores Jane umbridge – I think that something fishy is happening in the ministry. The senior un dersecretary to the minister is always favored over the other ministry employees. what if the m inister has secret admiration to the toad-ish Umbridge?
Dobby and winky – What a wonderful couple. If they willl have their own house, it will surely be fully furnished, and besides, their food will always be sumptuous and delicious. (How I wish that I own a House elf…but I can’t because i also love Harmione’s SPEW).
Madam Rosmerta and the owner of Hog’s Head – This will definitely be great. They can open a bigger and better establishment and have a branch in Diagon Alley. Besides, when they have thei wedding party, there will be floods of butterbeer and firewhiskey.
Ron and Moaning Myrtle – I am not that sure if this couple is effective enoughdue to Ron’s disgust(?) with ghosts.
Fat lady and Peeves – I know that you woll ask me about How I come up with this love team. well, in HP III, Peeves is the first one to see the fat lady after she was attacked by Sirius Black. Maybe Peeves has a little bit of concern for her.
Mrs. Norris and Crookshanks – The only reason left for me to pair these two cats is that they are the only cats in the story.
Trelawney and Firenze – This will be awesome. They can gaze the stars for their honeymoon…not for romantic reasons but to predict the future’s outcome.
Centaurs and Mermaids – According to Umbridge, these two creatures are both…half breeds.
Hedwig and Errol – It will really be nice if owl messengers come in partners. Hedwig can carry errol when they will bring nmessenges in not so distant lands.
Moaning Myrlte and Peeves – They are both naughty and nice.
