Emma Watson:
“I am just a sorcerer!”
In a new film Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban”, which will be shown from the 4th of July, she changed her school form of Hogwarts for her usual jeans and pink jersey and she doesn’t hide her interest not only towards magic but also towards guys. So we talked about that.
Elle Girl: How does this film differ from two others, according to your opinion?
It is darker and more terrible than others. Harry Potter and the sorcerer’s stone” and
Harry Potter and the chamber of secrets” just present the main characters and there lives but in
the 3rd film they all begin to change. Moreover a lot of new characters appear: professor-werewolf Lupin, Sirius Black and awful dementors. To tell the truth this is my favourite book.
Elle Girl: Why?
Probably, because Harry Potter and his friends are no longer children. They became adult. When I first opened the 3rd book I couldn’t tear myself away. So interesting it was.
Elle Girl: Do you like to be an actress?
I like to play. I don’t know how it will be in the future but I want to sing, dance and play in
the theatre. I also draw well and I like sport, especially hockey. But now I’m just going with
the stream and waiting where it will bring me.
Elle Girl: You have the perfect voice. Have you ever tried to sing in band?
Noooooooo. I’ve sang only at school places.
Elle Girl: Don’t you think that Hermione’s temper isn’t angelic?
O, yeah! She can drive anyone to distraction! But to tell the truth everyone has his own defects. In any case Hermione is a cool girl. She knows exactly what she wants and she won’t stop until
she get it. At the same time she can stand up for herself. In the new film, for example, Malfoy will
be hauled over the coals.
Elle Girl: Do you similar to Hermione in life?
Rather no than yes. I am such a hooligan girl. I like shopping and I like to gang with my friends.
But Hermione is a crammer. I can hardly imagine that it is possible to spend so much time studying.
Elle Girl: You always compete with guys in the film but at the same time u stay friends with Harry
and Ron and what about a real life?
I think that we treat each other very well. I can’t remember such moments when we had a quarrel or something like that. Dan and Rupert are cool guys. When we don’t meet each other for a long
time we usually mail each other or send SMS.
Elle Girl: What did you like most of all in the new film?
That it wasn’t necessarily to wear that school form of Hogwarts! I was bored to death with it!
For days together I was wearing that kilt and woolen sweater. And also that boots+ Awfully
uncomfortable clothes. And now I am wearing jeans and I am happy!
Elle Girl: I heard that u like Brad Pitt?
Yeah, I am a real fan of him. Can u believe it, I even met him one day! He is better in life than on
screen-so sweet!
Elle Girl: Do people recognize you in the street?
Of course. And absolutely all of them call me Hermione. Even adults look around, poke there finger and say: “Look! This is Hermione!” But I don’t feel hurt.
Elle Girl: Do you like being famous?
Well, I’ll say like that: not always. Even though, to say openly, it is very pleasantly.
