At the moment the authoress of the Harry Potter books J.K. Rowling complains against the U.S. publishing house "RDR Books" against "injury of copyrights".
Steve Vander Ark, the author of the poupular Harry Potter Internet-Lexicon, and this publishing house "RDR Books" work on a "Harry Potter Enzyklopädia". 

Indeed J.K. Rowling herself also wants to write a Lexicon.
According to WB, J.K. Rowling doesn’t have a problem with people publishing or commercially gaining from commentary or analysis, but reconfiguration of her work doesn’t apply.
